Team A!!!

Wee!! in last night's sports karate training, i got into Team A for kata!! Sensei formed this group base on our form speed and power! so weeeeeeeeee....

Oh yeah, and, i need an A.K.A for my karate, sensei asked us to find one
So far, i found some and i have already passes it up to sensei, but if you all have other suggestion that you think it suits me, then pls do!!

As for now, i found 5 names but i only like one of it very much!! which is shiroi ryuu! means white dragon!

P.S i finally reach a 100 post!!

Uwah, it was a Monday, just before my exams, and i don't know why i 'so high' @.@ yeah, even before my exams i still go for my karate, i also remember that before my big big big exams in primary 6 i still go for karate while having it @.@

So, that day, sensei ask us to go our kata from orange belt to purple belt. We must do it fast, no hesitation, and no mistakes!! and i went up up up!! and i was the 1st to graduate!! @.@ until now i also don't know how i did it @.@

Exam finish!!

Yay!! my finals have finish and now i am as free as a bird!!

Hmm, sorry for not updating for a time as i was busy revising for my exams! But now, the fruit has bare and the results are coming out!! oh no!! Yesterday my moral, BM, Science,English and my maths came out!!

My moral was like, we need to remember some definition for the moral values(which is really really B.A.K.A!) and there was a 20 marks for that. But, as soon as the paper came in front of me, all my definition *poof* as clean as a toilet cleaned with bleach! but lucky i still pass that paper XD

Science, for my paper 1 i got 38 questions out of 40 question correct!! My paper 2, nothing to say @.@

my English paper got weee i got 39 out of 40 correct and i hope my essay can be as good!

Maths, paper one i got 35 out of 40 and my paper 2...also nothing to say @.@ But my maths i got 80(arg!! a bit more to A, so near yet so very far!!) Science 82 also sooooo far yet so not near...

Haha, and before the exams, i gone all crazy!! see air, say gas, see water say liquid, see something say 1st/2nd/3rd class lever. @.@

Ahhh, i hope my other paper will be as good!!

cho fresh air today again!!

=.= this is the second time!!! the first time it happen was last week!!

=.= the person LS again!!! =.= 14 years old already still LS in pants!! =.= 2 times some more!! make the whole classroom full of fresh air! -.- haiz, what to do...anyway, this can happen to anyone, can't it??

Who know, it could happen to me too!! so, the moral is: be careful!!! :)

Kame and specs

1st, my kame 0.0 suddenly like, just grown very very big 0.0 honto ni kawoi!! it's like, even as i look at it the whole day, suddenly just grow so big!!

oh yeah, and i changed the container XD

2nd, Last Saturday, no no, is last last Saturday =.= ( this inu really lazy) i changed my specs!

As i though my power was increasing, so i decided to go and check and also i NEED to change my spectacles as it was like 0.0 rusting and algaes growing on it (yeah it's really gross). So i picked a black one this time XD it's bigger then my last one but i like it XD

=.= yesterday, the teacher said, nvm, this time i won't call your names out, but better be careful the next time =.= i was so excited to see the drama...ha~ what to do...the teacher so kind for what?? i though they with to treaten the students and now got the opportunity to punish they don't want...

Hmm, i think i know why, they scare they parents come and complain and bla bla bla here and there!!

and, there goes my kayak session this evening, suppose to bring they for kayak but the weather is kind of windy and going to rain, i will happily play the kayak in this weather but my friends all scare and don't want to take the risk, also they cannot swim so better not @.@

so...i might go to the gym and do a bit of running or jump rope...

and...this weekend is my last weekend that i could relax a bit, because after this, finish exams coming...so i will start my studies tomorrow. but i think i like say...wait wait later later till the last week XD

Kat-tun sue!!!

Because of the unauthorized usage of their group names and photographs to publish photobooks, the 11 members in total of popular idol groups KAT-TUN and Arashi have filed a lawsuit against R'S Publishing (アールズ出版), requesting for 170 Million Yen (1.886 million USD) worth of compensation and for the unauthorised books to halt publishing and sales immediately. This was learnt on the 29th of September.

The published material in question were a total of 12 different unofficial photobooks published between 2005 and 2008, which featured the use of the groups' names in the titles of the books as well as contained photographs of the members of the two groups.

In the complaint, it was said that "the plaintiffs are reknowned celebrities who belong to nationally-popular groups, and own the rights to their names and images which have certain monetary values", the publishing company has used the members' names and photographs without authorization and have hence infringed upon their copyright.

In addition, the sales of some of the unauthorized photobooks are said to be at least 100,000 copies per book, sales profits which do not go to either their talent agency or any of the members at all.

The publishing firm have on the 29th, in their first plea statement argued, "So as to reflect the changes of the idols, we have only minimally used a portion of their photos. Since they are nationally-popular idol groups, their names and photographs ought to have some sort of public ownership, so there has been no copyright infringement."

Huwah!! k-k-kat-tun...ka-ka-kame is!! huwah...going to be rich!! == lets hope that they will win this case!!
